1. Where are First Aid Stations located?

For your convenience, we have first aid stations located on both the Upper and Lower Lots: on the Upper Lot next to French Street Bistro, on the Lower Lot between Jurassic Café and Studio Store.

2. Do you have security in the Park?

Universal Studios takes the safety and security of our guests and employees very seriously. We work closely with local and federal authorities who provide us with up-to-date briefings. The Los Angeles County Fire and Sheriff’s Department teams who work here at Universal are always on alert to assist us in the unlikely event of an emergency and are actively involved in our planning strategies. We are committed to maintaining an appropriate level of security under the current conditions.

3. If I buy merchandise in the Park, can you hold it for me?

Yes, we offer our guests the option to buy merchandise in the Park and pick up your package before you leave. Located near the exit at the Universal Studio Store. Please ask one of our friendly team members for details.

4. How do I find something that I lost at Universal Studios Hollywood?

Boomerang, a third party provider, handles Lost and Found for Universal Studios Hollywood.

If you believe you have lost an item you can submit a claim by scanning the on-site QR code or submitting a claim through Boomerang. Once you have completed the Lost Item Claim form, you will receive an email indicating the status of your lost item, including if your item has been recovered, if the item is still being searched for, if more information about the item is required or if we were unable to locate the item.

5. Can I bring my pet to the Park?

Service Animals are welcome in all of our restaurant and merchandise locations, attraction queues and most other locations throughout Universal Studios Hollywood. Please stop by Guest Relations to register your Service Animal and obtain a Riders Guide. Pets however, are prohibited from the Park and CityWalk.

Universal Studios Hollywood does not provide kennel services, but accommodations may be obtained through numerous providers within a 5 mile radius of our theme Park.

6. Are there ATMs in the Park?

Yes! Quick and easy cash machines are located:

Outside the Theme Park

  • Front Gate (to the right of the ticket booths)
  • Throughout CityWalk

Inside the Theme Park

  • Next to Kwik-E-Mart by The Simpsons Ride 
  • Near Jurassic Café on the Lower Lot

7. Do you accept traveler’s checks?

U.S. travelers checks are accepted at the ticket booths and retail locations with proper identification.

International travelers checks and personal checks are not accepted.

8. Do you have locker facilities?

Yes, we do. Store all the day’s extras in one of our convenient lockers. You’ll be glad you did! Lockers accept both cash and credit cards.

Front-of-Park Lockers:
Store your belongings securely in lockers located at the front of the Park. These lockers can be accessed unlimited times throughout the day (subject to availability).
  • Payment Options: Cash and credit cards are accepted.
  • Prices:
    • $10 Small Lockers: 14″ (H) × 11″ (W) × 17″ (L)
    • $15 Large Lockers: 18″ (H) × 11″ (W) × 17″ (L)
Attraction Lockers:
Small, single-use lockers are available at select attractions:
  • Free while you ride for short-term storage.
  • Larger or longer-use lockers are also available:
    • $5 for the first two hours
    • $5 for each additional hour, up to a daily maximum of $20.

9. Do you rent strollers and/or wheelchairs?

Yes, we do. Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent just inside the Park, across from the Universal Studios Store.

10. What is XFINITY WiFi?

XFINITY WiFi is a network of hotspots that allows you to connect to the Internet at the fastest WiFi speeds around town all while saving on your wireless data plan.

11. How do I access XFINITY WiFi?

To sign in manually when you are visiting Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk:

  • Enable WiFi access on your WiFi-enabled device.
  • Find and select the XFINITY WiFi network (network name: “UNIVERSAL”) and launch your browser. You will be redirected to the WiFi sign in page. If the page doesn’t automatically redirect, type a different address in your web browser – such as www.google.com – to be redirected to the WiFi sign in page.
  • Sign in as a GUEST to start browsing, streaming and more.

12. Is XFINITY WiFi secure?

Comcast is committed to making your WiFi experience as fast, fun and safe as possible. Whenever you sign in, we help protect your privacy and safety by providing 128-bit encryption on the sign in page. This is the same standard used by thousands of online banking and financial services sites around the world to protect your critical transactions.

13. Do you have to be an XFINITY customer to access XFINITY WiFi?

Complimentary XFINITY WiFi is accessible to ALL users at Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. Network name: “UNIVERSAL”

Follow the on-screen prompts for FREE WiFi access.

14. What should I do if I have problems connecting to XFINITY WiFi, or do not see the sign-in page?

Check to make sure you are in range of an XFINITY WiFi hotspot. If “UNIVERSAL” is not in the list of available networks, then you are not at an XFINITY WiFi hotspot.

On certain devices the web browser may serve a default start page, such as google.com, from the cache on your device instead of from the Web. Please try refreshing your browser page, or try going to a new website, and you should get redirected to the WiFi sign-in page.
