8. I am a large-framed person. How do I know which attractions I can experience based on my body dimensions?
In order to safely experience our attractions, all passenger restraint systems – including lap bars, shoulder harnesses and seat belts – must be positioned and fastened properly. All our attractions have different restrictions and requirements. Large-framed Guests or Guests who are unsure if they will safely fit within the restraint are encouraged to try the test seat located at the attraction entrance or speak to a Team Member. For additional information on which rides may be more restrictive, please refer to our website: https://www.universalstudioshollywood.com/web/en/us/rider-safety.
9. Are there modified seats available for Guests who need a little extra space?
Certain seats on select attractions may offer a little extra space for those who need it. Large-framed Guests are encouraged to try the test seat located at the attraction entrance or speak to a Team Member.
10. What is child switch? How does it work?
At each of our attractions, we offer a “child switch” program. If any child in your party cannot ride an attraction, one or two adults can wait with the child in the attraction’s Child Switch room.
When the rest of your party returns, they switch with those who were waiting with the child, without having to wait in line again.
Please ask any team member at the entrance of the attraction and they will be happy to assist you.
11. How early do I need to arrive for WaterWorld?
Arrive 30 minutes before show time; venue doors will close when the show reaches capacity.

Only limited quantities of Universal Express tickets are available each day, so we recommend buying online in advance of arrival.
