Dietary Food Guide

Accommodating Every Taste

We know it can be a challenge to dine out when you or someone you’re with has food allergies or intolerances. That’s why we offer a number of dining locations throughout Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal CityWalk that can accommodate your dietary needs.

Let Us Know How We Can Help

If you have venue-specific questions or questions that have not been answered, you can e-mail USHFoodAllergy@udx.com. Our Food Quality & Safety team members are happy to answer any questions to ensure you’re comfortable eating at our restaurants. We ask that you please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Please contact us within 14 days of your visit so we can provide the most up-to-date information.

Check with Restaurants Once You’re Here

We encourage you ask to speak to a manager at any restaurant within Universal Studios Hollywood, or with a chef at The Three Broomsticks or Toadstool Cafe restaurants. Please let them know you or a member of your party has a food allergy or intolerance, and what the allergy/intolerance is. Our culinary staff will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

It should be noted, however, that Universal Studios Hollywood does not have separate food preparation facilities in which to prepare allergen-free foods. While we use reasonable efforts to prevent cross-contact, we are unable to guarantee that any menu item is allergen-free.

*Universal Studios Hollywood relies on supplier ingredient labels and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the contents of each menu item. Guests should use their discretion in determining if our menu offerings are appropriate for their dietary needs.

Still Not comfortable? No Problem! You May Bring Your Own Food

We understand that you still may not be comfortable eating at one of our restaurants. You’re more than welcome to bring your own food if you prefer. When going through Security, please notify a Security Team Member performing the security bag check at the front gate that you or a member of your party has a food allergy/intolerance. Food items must be contained in a soft-sided insulated bag no larger than 8.5″ wide x 6″ high x 6″ deep or your own backpack; glass and hard-sided containers are not allowed. Please note that Team Members are not permitted to store, prepare, cook, or reheat any food brought by a guest and guests should plan accordingly.
